Reaching Others for Christ's Kingdom
The R.O.C.K. exists to provide a safe, welcoming environment for teens in the Washington area. Our goal is to reach teenagers for Jesus Christ and to help them grow in a personal relationship with Him. The R.O.C.K. is the youth ministry of First Baptist Church of Washington.

The R.O.C.K. will be open for tutoring help every Thursday from 3 to 5 pm through 12/15/11 (closed Thanksgiving).
September 25th– Sun. (6-8 pm): Bonfire at Woodward’s (2471 Centennial Dr.)
October 2nd – Sun. (afternoon-evening): Metro Peoria Baptist Association annual meeting at Woodland Baptist church in Peoria.
October 9th – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on God’s Sufficiency, based on the song Everything Good by Ashes Remain
October 16th – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on God’s Attributes, based on the song Reach by Peter Furler
October 23rd – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on Motivation, based on the song Make a Move by Royal Tailor
October 28th – Fri. (7-10 pm): R.O.C.K. Costume Party!!! (no scary costumes) 
November 6th – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on God’s Greatness, based on the song God’s Reply by Tim Timmons
November 13th – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on God’s Love, based on the song L.O.V.E., by The Katinas
November 20th – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on Persecution, based on the song Yusef from the film Love Costs Everything
December 4th – Sun. (6-8 pm): Bible study on Eternity, based on the song Galaxies by Owl City
December 11th – Sun. (6-8 pm): First Baptist Church Christmas program (at the church)
December 18th – Sun. (4-8 pm): Caroling and R.O.C.K. Christmas Party
